Hydro-Stone gypsum cement is an extremely hard plaster material with a very high compressive strength.

Especially suitable where high strength and resistance to wear are necessary. It is used in high-quality art and novelty castings, molds, figurines, modeling material, as well as anchoring material, density fill applications, lamp bases, and die production. Works well in most mold materials, especially flexible molds. It has an expansion about two times greater than Hydrocal, and has a fully cured dry strength of 10,000psi.

Mix Ratio: 32 lbs water to 100 lbs Hydrostone
Set time: 19-25 minutes

Selection of the water-to-plaster ratio must be based on the particular requirements of the set plaster. Variables in the shop environment and/or finished product requirements may necessitate a new water-to-plaster ratio for optimal results.
