The Picker and packer is responsible for picking order tickets and processing them by completing any required paperwork, locating items in the warehouse, then moving them to the processing and shipping area.  The Sales associate is responsible for processing online orders and inputting them into the system to be dispatched. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly. Job Description:
The warehouse Associate ie responsible for receiving and shipping all incoming and outgoing freight orders. The warehouse lead ensures that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and consistent with current safety regulations at all times. He or she will also help maintain inventory, monitor all shipments, communicate with customers, assist in loading and unloading customer orders, assist with administrative tasks relating to the shipping and receiving of orders, and communicate with vendors to identify and resolve shipment discrepancies and damages. The warehouse lead is expected to keep a professional attitude with all vendors, customers, and work closely with all departments as needed. The warehouse lead will file all freight claims and assure a timely solution to customers shipping issues.

 

- Maintain Inventory and stock control. Ensure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying and resolving areas where processes could be improved and work practices amended.
- Monitor Shipments and deliveries & maintain an organized record of shipping and receiving documents.

The Ceramic Shop is growing and we are looking for an energetic and eager individual to join the School Accounts team of our quickly-expanding business.

The School Accounts Assistant is responsible for picking order tickets and processing them by completing any required paperwork, locating items in the warehouse, then moving them to the processing and shipping area. The picker packer will then pack orders and prepare them to be delivered or shipped. They must inspect the items to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts, and finally package them according to specifications. Additional responsibilities include scheduling deliveries and pick ups, processing returns, answering phones, and light administrative work.

The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:

- Mix and fill molds with a variety of plasters using techniques developed specifically for Hydrobat Production and similar products.

- De-mold and finish castings on wheel if need be.

The Production assistant will be responsible for casting and pouring clean plaster molds with accuracy and efficiency, as well as various other production activities, including but not limited to extruding, pressing, and pinning all in the effort to manufacture clay parts for use in the kiln industry. Applicants must be confident in using power equipment, ie; drill presses and hand drills, to name some. Must be able to lift 50lb bags consistently, be organized, work well with others in a team enviroment,  and work closely with the other departments. The right candidate will be on time, orderly, efficient, and self directed, but able to accept direction well. Knowledge of and experience with the ceramics process is a plus.

Main duties:
-- Check in new shipments and compare packing lists against purchase orders. Resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
