Our 3-Step Custom Decal Design Process

Step 1: Submit Design & Layout

Send us your custom design file along with your preferred sheet layout, and include any specific requirements for your project. Our team will carefully review your submission to ensure it aligns with our specifications, guaranteeing a high-quality print result.

Step 2: Proof and Approval

Carefully review the digital proof provided by a member of our design team and let us know if any adjustments are needed. Once approved, we’ll move forward to ensure your custom decal is to your exact specifications.

Step 3: Confirm and Print

Complete your payment and share your order number with a design team member for confirmation. Once verified, your order joins the printing queue and ships within 1-3 business days for standard sizes, or 10-20 business days for Extra Large sheets.

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPEG, and vector files like AI or SVG for the best print quality. For optimal results, we recommend images at 300dpi.

We recommend arranging your designs with some spacing between each decal to ensure clean cuts and easy application. If you’re unsure about the best layout, our team can provide guidance or create a layout based on your preferences.

After your digital proof is approved, complete your purchase on the custom decal item page and submit your order number to a design team member to confirm your purchase for print.

Fired colors may look more muted than on-screen due to the firing process, so testing one decal first is recommended. Note that we can’t print metallics, lusters, or opaque white, and decals appear best on light or white surfaces, as they are slightly translucent and may not show well on darker pieces.

Simply complete the process by filling out our "Custom Decal Design" form. Upload your file when prompted on the form, and it will be sent directly to our team for review and production.
