FAQ
We accept high-resolution PNG, JPEG, and vector files like AI or SVG for the best print quality. For optimal results, we recommend images around 300dpi.
We recommend arranging your designs with spacing between each decal to allow for clean cuts and easier application. If you are unsure about the best layout, our team can provide guidance or create a layout based on your preferences.
After your digital proof is approved, complete your purchase on the custom decal item page and send your order number to a design team member to confirm your order for print.
Fired colors may look more muted than on-screen due to the firing process, so testing one decal first is recommended. We cannot print metallics, lusters, or opaque white. Decals appear best on light or white surfaces because they are slightly translucent and may not show well on darker pieces.
Complete the process by filling out our Custom Decal Design form. Upload your file when prompted on the form, and it will be sent directly to our team for review and production.
