Modeling Clay

When you don't have access to a kiln to fire your work, or when you have a project that simply does not require your clay to be fired, consider using a self-hardening clay. Our self-hardening clay, produced by Standard ceramics, dries a sturdy, bright white, which is the perfect surface for painting and other decorative methods. Because the clay dries and solidifies on its own, it is a great material for use in the classroom or workshop. Because the clay does not need be be fired, it is a great material to use when sculpting forms on an armature, or for mocking up scaled versions of larger undertakings.
