Processing Time

Our current processing time is about 3-7 business days (not including weekends, holidays or transit time).

Processing refers to pulling and packing orders to be shipped.

There may be extended delays on items that ship directly from a manufacturer, made-to-order equipment, special order items, etc. 

Out-of-stock items may be refunded due to ongoing material/part shortages causing extended delays.

Any delays, refunds, or backorder notifications will be noted when your order is processed, and will appear on the "Your order has been processed" email.

 

All orders are processed in chronological order and we are unable to expedite orders at this time. 

There are no guaranteed delivery dates and the initial delivery date shown when tracking your package is just an estimate.

You should see movement on the tracking info once UPS or USPS scans your package (typically within a few business days of creating the shipping label). 

 

 

Product Lead Times

The majority of products shown on our website are in stock and available to ship.

Occasionally, items listed as “ready to order” ship direct from the respective manufacturer(s), known as a "drop-ship", and may have a short wait.

Any items with an extended lead time (more than 2 weeks) will include a lead time estimate on the individual item's webpage, above the “Add to Cart” button.
