About this kiln:
This versatile electric raku kiln was created by Olympic for artists who don't have access to gas kilns and have limited amount of space but want to experience and practice the japanese tradition of Raku. Use the Olympic Raku 1823 kiln for other oxidation bisque and glaze firings up to Cone 8, 2300 F.

Options for customization:
First, select the correct voltage for your kiln’s space - 208V or 240V. If you are unsure, please check with an electrician before placing your order. The 1823 E Raku also offers two options for your kiln controller -- the Barlett 3-key electronic controller, or 12-key controller. You may also opt to order your 1823 E Raku with the suggested furniture kit.
