If you are looking for an economical solution for your home studio practice, consider adding the RM II 2922 to your home studio. This kiln is great for making low, wide forms measuring over 2’ in diameter, and can handle pieces up to about 20” in height. The RM II 2922 features 2.5”-thick brick construction encased in sturdy stainless steel, and requires a 240-volt outlet. The lid’s wide handle makes opening your kiln a breeze, and can be propped in two different positions to vent your kiln as needed. The RM II 2922’s peepholes feature swing-away covers, so you don’t have to worry about separate spy plugs for your kiln. While the RM II 2922 can reach cone 8, please note that this model is only available in 240V. First, select the correct phase for your kiln’s space - single or 3-phase. If you are unsure, please check with an electrician before placing your order. The RM II 2922 also offers three options for your kiln controller -- the Set-Pro 3-key, the Rampmaster 12-key, or the brand-new TAP touchscreen controller. You may also opt to order your RM II 2922 with the suggested furniture kit, which includes four 26” half-shelves; eight each of 1”, 2”, 3”, 4”, 5” and 6” kiln posts; and 1 lb. of kiln wash.
