Silicone Rib 7, Blue

New from Xiem Studio Tools! The Silicone Clay Rib series will be a welcome addition to any studio. Currently available in two different levels of flexibility - soft (orange) and firm (blue) - these silicone ribs come in eight different shapes to meet a variety of clay-shaping needs. All ribs are a substantial ¼" thick and feature a perforated center grip.

The Xiem Silicone Rib, size 7, Blue, is the brand's firm silicone rib. Measuring 6" wide by 2" tall, this large rib is great for shaping a wide variety of wheelthrown forms, but is particularly well-suited for forms with large, flat planes, such as wide dishes and platters. This tool can also be used for handbuilding projects.
