Gleco Trap Package 64 oz

Let’s face it. No matter how hard we try, it is simply impossible to prevent clay from going down the drain.

The Gleco Sink Trap is a great way to overcome this nagging issue! The Gleco Trap is an innovative, inexpensive plumbing trap that is easy to install and maintain. Simply connect the trap to any U-shaped joint beneath the sink. As solids pass through the drain and enter the pipes, the trap collects them into a small bottle. Beacuse the bottle is translucent, it is easy to detect when the solids reach the Fill Line. Once the bottle is full, the excess water in the trap is drained through a valve, the bottle is exchanged with an empty replacement bottle, the valve shut and the trap is back in service. Bottle exchange is simple, quick and done without the need for tools (or a plumber!).

Bottles can be emptied, cleaned and reused. Alternatively, you can purchase additional bottles so you'll never have to clean!

The Gleco Trap 64 oz. package includes:
Two 64 oz bottles
One Lid for extra bottle
One 1-1/2" x 8" sink tailpiece
Two 1-1/2" slip-joint washers
Four 1-1/2" slip-joint nuts
One 1-1/2" flat washer
One Extra O-ring

To accomodate the 64 oz. bottle, you will need a minimum of 15.5" measured from the middle of the drain pipe to the floor, though 17" is recommended.
