Brighten glazes or create patterns and designs by brushing a few coats of Kota Decorating Slip over your favorite clay body.
Application Notes: For best results, apply to greenware or bisqueware before glazing. Kota Decorating Slip can be applied to bisque, but care should be taken to keep coats even and minimal (2-3 coats). Because it is a porcelain, Kota has naturally high dry shrinkage. Be careful not to let it build up too thick on texture if you want to avoid crackling. Recommended for dinnerware when covered with a durable dinnerware-recommended glaze.
