Skutt's HotStart Pro Glass Kiln is the perfect kiln for both the beginner and the more advanced glass artist. With this kiln’s easy-to-use 3-key Glass Master controller, you have the option to create and store up to five custom firing programs, with each program having up to eight segments. As a bonus for the artist working out of the home studio, the HotStart plugs into a standard 120-volt outlet, which means when you order this kiln you can just plug it in and start firing! Standard with this kiln is the convenient and easy to use GlassFire Mode, a feature specific to the Hotstart Pro. Additionally, it is the only kiln of its size that utilizes high-quality, solid state relays for added safety and durability. This kiln can fit work up to 12" wide, which makes it a great size for platters, and its 6" depth can fit slump molds up to 4" deep.

Options for Customization:
Skutt’s HotStart Pro offers a few options for customization. You may opt for a viewing window, which allows you to look into the kiln while your firing is in progress. You may also opt to your your HotStart Pro with the suggested furniture kit.
