Slip mixing and reclaiming is a primary function of the ceramic industry, and doing either in a casting table is really not the right concept. To properly mix slip, you need a very specific type of vortex action.
We offer the Model 30B mixer/reclaimer that is excellent for either making slip or reclaiming trimmings. Model 30B features a round polyethylene tank with direct-drive, top mount mixers. It has a removable plexi-glass top cover and a 2" side drain faucet. A steel base is optional. (Base adds 12" to height)
The 30B uses a 1/2 h.p. motor and (2) 4" mixing props.
