It works great on both wet and leather hard clay. Just run the taut wire along the surface of your pot and create stunning surface alterations.
An excellent feature of this tool is that the tension of the wire is adjustable, allowing you to control the sharpness of each cut. Loosen the wire to gain a more organic effect or tighten it to create rigid and stern surfaces.
