The company that would eventually be known as Daltile was founded by Robert M. Brittingham in Dallas, Texas in 1947.  Over the years, the business expanded into every corner of the tile market.  Here at The Ceramic Shop, we offer unglazed, bisque-fired Daltile products for a variety of projects.  Try painting them with underglazes for an easy classroom project, or coat them in some glazes and have ultimate control over the colors you install in your space!  We sell Daltiles individually and by the case.  Additionally, we are proud to carry the products of a company so invested in green practice – Daltile Greenworks is a compilation of sustainability programs that bring an environmental mindfulness into the tile industry, so you can feel good about your purchase!
