100 Crackle Glazes (Cone 06-04)

After crackle glazes have been fired to cone 06/04 and allowed to cool, you can rub ink or dye into the cracks. This will make the crackle pattern stand out the way it does in the sample tiles.  Although crackle glazes are lead-free and non-toxic, they are not dinnerware safe due to the porous nature of the glaze.

250 Satin Glazes  (Low Fire Cone 06-04)

Solid coverage with a smooth satin finish. Clear satin glaze should be applied thin to avoid looking milky. All other satin glazes should be applied 2 or 3 coats. All glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe. Sold in pints.

700 Opaque Glazes (Low Fire Cone 06-04)

Includes glossy bright colors with solid opaque coverage. Apply 2 or 3 coats for best results. All glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe. Glazes sold in pints.

800 Semi Transparent Glazes (Low Fire Cone 06-04)

Semi transparent glazes work best when applied thin (one coat). Glaze will appear darker in crevices or carved areas where the glaze can pool.  All glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe. Glazes sold in pints.

850 Raku Glazes (up to 1600 degrees F)

Designed for firing in electric or gas kilns. Different raku techniques will yield different results. Raku glazes are lead free. Sold in 4oz containers.

900 Low Stone Glazes (Low Fire Cone 06-04)

Have the appearance of stoneware glaze and are available in glossy, satin, and speckled finish. Apply three coats for solid coverage and overall best appearance. All glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe. Sold in pints.

1100 Stoneware Glazes (Cone 4-6)

This series includes clear glaze for glossy coverage (especially over underglazes), plain colors for solid coverage in bright colors, and reactive glazes that are multi-colored and add more depth. Try layering two reactive glazes for spectacular results. All glazes in the 1100 series are lead free and dinnerware safe. All glazes are sold in pints and some are offered in gallons.

1200 High-Temperature Glazes (Cone 10)

Clear glossy glaze designed for high temperature firing. All glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe.

1400 Shino Glazes (Cone 4-6)

Producing a satiny matte finish at cone 5, these glazes will become glossier with a more pronounced texture break at cone 6. These glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe, though not all have a health label because of the presence of zinc or copper.

1430 Floating Glazes (Cone 4-6)

Named after their appearance, this series may not be a technical classification of glaze, but is a great way to get an effect of one color on top of another. Normally this would require layering two glazes on top of each other, yet with this line you get the same effect in one. Like many of their other lines, it is lead free and dinnerware safe.

1460 Semi-Transparent Glazes (Cone 4-6)

This line of faux-celadon glazes are high gloss and semi-transparent. Designed to highlight textured surfaces, these glazes are lead free and dinnerware safe.
