If you are outside of our 2 hour service range, don't worry, we can still diagnose your kiln troubles!

This listing includes up to one hour of virtual support via video call to inspect and diagnose your kiln.

Once the inspection is complete, we'll provide a comprehensive list of parts needed (if applicable), and itemized costs for live support to walk you through any potential repairs. Should you not need support performing the hands-on repairs, we are happy to solely provide replacement parts at our everyday low prices!

Should your kiln have an issue we're unable to diagnose, the inspection is free!
