This is a ceramic spacer used to hold thick elements in place by using it as a wedge between the element and the ceramic holder.
It is also used as a mounting offset for thermocouples and as a spacer between the element insulator bushings and the red element terminal boards on older Econo and Jupiter J2900 kilns.
Measures 3/4" diameter x 1/4" height with 1/4" center hole.
