The Tucker's Cone Art Kiln model BX1822D is an economical choice for the home studio. Small enough to fire efficiently on a regular basis, but wide enough and tall enough to accommodate small platters and creations up about 20", this kiln is a great size for the productive individual artist or the small classroom.Outfitted with a Bartlett 12-key controller, this kiln will enable you to both store complicated glazing schedules of your own design, or simply fire with the push of a button using one of the pre-set programs. In this, the kiln is great for a wide variety of users, from the beginner to the expert. The BX1822’s jacket and fittings are all stainless steel, and the heavy-duty Kanthal A-1 elements are designed to fire to cone 10.

Options for Customization:
The BX1822D is available in single-phase 240V or 208V - please select the correct voltage from the drop-down menu. This kiln can also be purchased with or without a furniture kit -- again, select your preference from the drop-down menu.
