An impure titanium dioxide tan colorant which contains a small amount of iron, and other impurites. Used both for color and its tendency to provide various mottled textures.
This is a ceramic grade calcined rutile, typically used when called for in glaze recipes. We also carry the non-calcined version called Dark Rutile.
