The ceramic fiber muffler and element(s) are sold as one unit. We recommend that you return the Home Artist, J-14 and SC-series kiln to the factory for muffle replacement. Please add $40 labor for muffle replacement of the Home Artist and SC-series and $75 for J-14, plus return shipping. Please contact us with questions and concerns.
