Smashed Studio's Colored Slip: Slush 8oz bottle
Experience Smashed Studio's super thick, ultra-saturated colored slip. You can paint directly with it or combine it with other mediums to dip, drip, print, trail, or whip. When left unglazed, it has a velvet finish, and the color intensifies when glazed.
Feel free to mix it with other slips to create your own unique colors, tints, shades, and tones. It can be fired at cone temperatures ranging from 06 to 6.
Working With Slush:
Explore Tints, Shades, tones and hues:
-Mix with Bubblegum Pink for pink-purple gradients.
-Add Blurple for deeper purple.
-Combine with white slip for lavender tones.
Other ideas to try:
-1-2 coats recommended for full opacity on light clay
-Beautiful for ombré effects with Orchid or Aura
-Excellent slip trailing color—shows detail beautifully
-Pairs wonderfully with Key Lime for unexpected contrast
-For pastel lavender: mix 30% Bubblegum Purple + 70% white slip
