- Solid state relay (SSR) for quieter, more efficient, and longer-lasting performance
- AOP (Auxiliary Outlet Plug) and vent-ready design (pre-drilled for kiln vent installation)
- Dropped, recessed element grooves—no pins required
- Full-formed galvanized steel base that strengthens and protects the firing chamber
- Dust-resistant coating on lid, peepholes, and rim to extend component life

This model is a round, 10-sided kiln with an interior diameter of 23” and a height of 22”, offering a spacious 5.10 cubic feet of firing capacity. Its well-balanced proportions make it ideal for most studio and classroom environments—large enough for plates, bowls, and tall vases, but shallow enough for easy loading.
It’s the perfect match for anyone firing porcelain, stoneware, or low-fire ceramics on a regular basis.

The CT102322 features a top row of grooveless 2” blank bricks to reduce the risk of damage during loading. Its massive 3” thick lid is supported by Paragon’s patented LiteLid spring system, which eliminates pulleys and ceiling-mounted hardware while keeping the lid light and easy to lift with one hand.
The drop-down switch box, hinged at the bottom and supported by a folding arm, allows fast access for maintenance. A reversible firebrick floor adds to the kiln’s longevity.

The Kiln Stand
In the Available Options, you can choose the Standard Kiln Stand (6" tall with mar-proof plastic feet), or the 12" Deluxe Rolling Kiln Stand (Recommended if you are adding a VentMaster Kiln Vent).
A heavy galvanized steel base covers the reversible brick bottom completely. It folds up under the stainless case on all sides to strengthen the firing chamber.
