The Precision Glaze Decorator Kit by Falcon is a versatile surface decorating kit for ceramics artists. The kit is ideal for use with wax, slip, underglazes and glazes. It includes two 1 oz. reusable plastic applicator bottles, two close caps, two interchangeable tip caps and five different gauge stainless steel tips that allow you to create a variety of line thicknesses. This kit is a must have for any slip trailing or surface decorating fanatic!
The stainless steel tips make drawing precise lines and intricate patterns easy and fun. The length of these metal tips reduce the occurrence of pesky air bubbles during application. Additionally these applicators are great because they allow for extreme flow control during surface decoration. Here, at The Ceramic Shop, we have had great results with these tips! We do suggest that the extra fine tip be used only with very thin solutions, as most slips, underglazes, glazes and wax are too dense to pass through.
These easy to clean applicator bottles can be used to store your slips, underglazes, glazes and wax resist. We recommend cleaning the tips thoroughly with warm water after each use to prevent clogging.
