ThinFire is a ceramic-impregnated shelf paper. This allows for excellent separation between your glass and kiln shelves after firing up to 1600° F. The ThinFire shelf paper cuts kiln preperation time, produces a glossier finish on the shelf side of your glass projects and has less binder-burnout odor. It is light weight, so it's easy to handle and store.
Shelf paper is also a viable solution for glassmakers using cordierite shelves. While the slight imperfections in the surface of cordierite shelves aren't ideal for glass, this paper offers an affordable solution!
Sheet size: 20" X 20" and as thin as a standard sheet of paper.
