A purchase order is an official contract between a buyer and a seller — in this case, between your school and The Ceramic Shop. A PO is generally obtained through your school or institution’s accounts payable or business office. Some schools require a W9 on file from us. If you need one, email us and we can send it over quickly.

Yes. We know teachers and educators are often working with tight budgets, so we work hard to provide competitive pricing. For larger classroom orders, our sales team can help with custom quotes and may be able to suggest comparable lower-priced items that fit your needs.

If you work at a school or art center and would like to use a PO, send a quote request to PurchaseOrders@theceramicshop.com. Please include the items you’re interested in, quantities, and your contact information. You can also use online item codes from our website when sending your purchase order.

Our standard terms for schools and art centers are usually net-30 accounts, meaning the outstanding balance must be paid within 30 days of receiving the products or services. Accounting questions can be sent to ap@theceramicshop.com.
