How long will it take to get my wheel?
Thank you for choosing The Ceramic Shop to purchase your new pottery wheel! We really appreciate your purchase and want to get you throwing as soon as possible! Right now there is an industry wide delay on pottery wheel production due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the increased demand for these products. Please see our current lead time page to get a better estimate of how long the wait is - CURRENT LEAD TIMES. We know these lead times are a less than ideal situation, and unfortunately we are not the only supplier experiencing this delay.
What will happen when my wheel is ready to ship?
Once we recieve your pottery wheel we will ship it from our warehouse in 1 to 2 days. We are thrilled we are able to offer free shipping for wheels with UPS as the carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your wheel is ships. Please allow 24 hours to pass before checking the tracking number so UPS can get your wheel scanned into their system.
What should I do when my wheel arrives? What if my wheel arrives and it is damaged?
If you receive your wheel and notice damages, please let us know immediatly! We will begin the claim process with UPS. Please send pictures of the damge to a Ceramic Shop employee. Depending on the level of damage, we will proceed accordingly.
