Simple swap out the long handles for shorter ones when it's time to trim mugs or small bowls. Any potters wheel with a removable splash pan, or sufficient side clearance to mount a 16" (42 cm) diameter round plate on top, can accomodate a Giffin Grip. Actual diameter is 15-1/2" with a maximum holding diameter of 14".
