Orton's Autofire4000 stand-alone control system is just what you ned to transform your manual kiln into a digital kiln, or simply replace an older or broken digital kiln controller system. All packages come with Orton's standard control board, which features preset Cone-Fire programs as well as the capacity to store up to nine user programmable ramp/hold programs, which makes it a great choice for studios that are used by many artists. Each package additionally comes with the outlined number of thermocouples and identified electrical connectors (either a plug style as described in each product page, or wires for direct-wiring the control panel yourself). Please select your correct amperage, volts, zones, and wiring choice from the drop-down menu below -- please note that this model is largely available in 240V (rather than 208V).

The Specifications listed denote the Amperage, Voltage, and NEMA plug of the controller. "MZ" denotes that the model is Multi-Zone. If in doubt, please consult an electrician, and consult the NEMA plug guide pictured below.

Not only is the AutoFire available in both wall-mounted and handheld models, but you may also choose to upgrade to long-lasted Type S thermocouples or the brand new Slide touchscreen interface!

The Autofire3000 is a standalone controller, which means that it comes with wall-mount enclosures that will enable you to install it close to your kiln.
