We do our best to treat your work like it is our own and carefully handle and fire to the best of our ability, however, The Ceramic Shop is not responsible for any damages to your work while in our possession. If you bring in work and it melts down in our kiln, you the customer will be responsible for any damages to our equipment and property caused by, but not limited to: incorrect target cone request, glaze application, or work that is technically unsound. This may mean you will have to pay for kiln shelves, or equipment repair. We reserve the right to refuse this service, subject to our discretion, and your purchase will be refunded to you. By purchasing this firing service, you are agreeing to our terms as outlined above.
