Mayco Designer Rubber Stamps can be used to apply designs with glaze (or underglaze) to bisqued clay or to create imprints and texture in moist greenware. To apply glazes and underglazes, simply sponge or brush on a thin layer of color to the raised surface of the rubber stamp. Then gently press the stamp to your ware and remove carefully.
Alternatively, use your stamp as a tool and press it into moist clay to create textured designs and patterns.
Because these rubber stamps are unmounted, they flexible and therefore ideal for use on curved forms. Additionally, these stamps are great for creating borders on slabs or rims of pots. We love these Mayco Stamps! Did we mention they are easy to clean and store, as well!?
