Olympic electric kilns are built for energy efficiency and allow you to achieve the desired results in kiln firings without high energy consumption. For those who only have 120-volts accessibility or those who have limited space at home. The Olympic Hotbox is also the ideal kiln for firing smaller items, such as ornaments, jewelry, or glaze firing test tiles.
These kilns are custom built to order with mulitple options available including a Bead Collar or a Blank Collar which adds depth to the kiln. The Bead Collar has a bead door for annealing beads or other items that need heat treatment such as glass, enamel or PMC clay.

There are three options for kiln control. (1)The standard manual with pyrometer that requires MANUAL shut off when you reach temperature.
(2) The 3 Key Auto Control Box, offering AUTO-SHUT OFF, and simple basic programs for firings.
(3) The 12 Key Auto Control Box offering AUTO-SHUT OFF, the standard firing programs and enhances you ability to custom program firings with extra features allowing up to 16 custom programs.
This kiln also comes with attached stand, peephole plug, instruction manual, and warranty card.
