The lift gate allows heavy deliveries to be lowered to the ground and are typically required for all residential deliveries. If you have a loading dock at your school, studio, or business you may not need one. Please contact us if you have any questions about your delivery options and additional services. To request the lift gate service simply choose the option during checkout listed under the shipping options. If you do not choose the lift gate option but require the service upon delivery, additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Items with this icon ship direct from the manufacturers factory. This will typically be the case with large equipment like pug mills, front loading kilns, gas kilns, etc. 

Items with this icon indicate they can fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box. So if you are buying small tools, like rubber ribs, trim tools or even small kiln parts, choose the $4.95 Flate Rate shipping option at check out.
