Here’s how it works:
The Machine:
Theceramicshop.com supplies the machine. We configure and set it all up so all you (The Art Center) will have to do is insert the products. The machine is shipped directly to your location. The Art Center must agree to a 3 year minimum placement arrangement. The actual machine remains the property of The Ceramic Shop and the Art Center is responsible for servicing the machine and repairing any damages that the Art Center was responsible for. Customer and technical support will be provided even though very little will be required. It comes with a manual and is very easy to use.
Some of the features of The Ceramic Shop vending machine are: A bill acceptor that will accept twenty dollar bills, A laser sensor to detect if the item vended, if not, it will vend again, this virtually has eliminated the unhappy customer who will shake the machine, The coin changer has a feature that will disallow it to be used as a quarter change machine, It can dispense one dollar coins, customizable spirals, Full glass front window door, and plenty of storage space for products inside unit.
The Supplies:
The Art Center must agree to buy the supplies for the machine from theceramicshop.com. In return we will agree to sell the supplies to the Art Center at a 20% discount off the manufactures suggested retail price. Whenever you need to restock, each center will be given a discount code which they can use online at our site. We can also receive email, fax or phone orders whichever is easiest for you. The machine will come with a suggested product offering but you can choose exactly what tools or glazes to include. As long as it fits in the spiral and vends successfully you can use it. If there are other supplies that can not be found on our site just give us a call we are a complete supplier of many different manufactures.
Let’s say you buy eight slip trailers and you realize six months later you haven’t sold one, it won’t happen but let’s pretend, you can mail back any products that have not sold well and we will exchange them for something else or we can apply a credit to your account until you are ready to reorder. Hopefully this will allow you to make the most of your machine. We simple ask that you wait at least 3 months after purchasing a supply before returning them.
The Profit:
The Center not only ends up making a profit of 20% but you will not have to ask your teachers to handle money and your students will be so impressed and thankful that they can get what they need with out leaving the building.
